How do i get my hyroid and jawline better

Hey guys, ive been trying to do chin tucks, and neck curls to make my jawline more defined, im already at a lower body fat percentage so i think my CCW rotation and my hyroid is the issue, does anyone know any tips to get this issue figured out so i can have a good side profile?
