How do i get my salt if on low sodium diet?

Been on low sodium for like 3-4 days and i just wokr uo and my legs feel weak and are kinda shaking and my hands are kinda shaking too

3:1 ratio is cope, you just shouldnt eat too much salt (fast food, chips etc.)

Yeah ill eat like 1g sodium every day or maybe 0.5g

Eat raw animal based and you wont have any problems anymore most probably, only eat the high quality stuff raw tho dont go buying random cheap stuff and eating them raw

Thats why i dont go full carnivore myself, still eat lots of eggs since those are cheap, eat the yolk raw if they are good quality

I gave up on carnivore diet my dad doesn't buy me meat anymore
