i want paler skin cus i have dark features (black hair, almost black eyes), are there any ways other than wearing 60 spf sunscreen?

broooo u do not want lighter skin thats straight cope, just focus on healthy collogen and getting rid of other problems like acne, fixing pegmen, and other problems you might have. the best things you can get is GHK CU if not a light amount of MT2 and also palemax and stay inside, skin colour is also mainly genes, dont worry about it too much and embrace your natural skin and grow some bones ❤️

If its more of a race thing, you are better off focusing on features more than complexion.
People forget that race is mostly accumulation of features due to ethinicity, not really race.

Your coloring is fine dawg, I would focus your attention on other issues besides your complexion. Being paler is always good if you're south asian tbf, mainly if you don't live in the west. You have bigger fish to fry, looking good though dgmw.

Lower third and the neck are the most immediately apparent to me. Honestly just fixing the pencil neck would probably ascend you a decent amount. You have striking features though, esp eye area. You're probs better off then most people who would be considered similar to you psl wise (not that I'm super knowledgeable on allat tbf.)

It looks disproportionate now, I promise your neck won't get too thick on accident, it's very hard to unintentionally build too much muscle. With how small your neck is it'll be pretty difficult to train it enough to get you to a good place, I def wouldn't worry about it getting too big. It's a long process so if you don't like your results just stop. You look great for 14, idk abt a rating just don't spend too much time on .org. You look good, esp for your age so don't get too sucked into all this bullshit.
