How do I get rid of these eyebags

You can see in the photo on one side I have bad eyebags and on the other side it’s better. On the better side I’m pulling on the skin a little bit. How do I get it to look like that all the time?

don't pull the skin and stretch it out bro smh. sleep more (and earlier), stay hydrated throughout the day eat healthy, and massage a tiny bit of aquafor into them before bed stop the aquafor after a few days max like 2 weeks (will eventually cause acne in the area). Stay consistent w it all.

I have similar eye bags, everything is cope besides an undereye serum and canceler to cover it up
