depends on your issue, if your lower third is too recessed and short, it would reletively make your midface ratio longer. You can mainly see the case by checking through your gonial angle. If your gonial angle is too large you can mainly figure out that its mainly due to too much cw rotation of the maxilla. You can lower it with ccw rotation of the maxilla which can be donw through surgery with the correct surgeon.
