How do i get skinny at the point where I look like bones

cut your calories and go work out
 
i downloaded the app "myfitnesspal" and it's been working out really well for me. it shows you a plan that's catered to your goals. right now i've been losing 2lbs a week on a plan that's meant to lose 0.5lbs a week
