How do I get to PSL 5-5.5?

Posted here 3 weeks ago and I was essentially rated as PSL 4.

* No more glasses in pictures.
* Hairmaxxing is a work in progress.
* Plucked eyebrows (a bit) to get rid of noticeable negative tilt.
* Bonesmashing zygos.

Still, that alone will not get me to PSL 5.5... looking for realistic suggestions that would get me there. Thank you!

Idk who rated you 4 psl cuz you are sub 4 imo

You need hair transplant, beard transplant, nose job for crooked nose, lips widening surgery, a custom jaw implant, and some cheekbone fillers

Also workout and train neck

Doing all this will make you 4.5 psl from you current position which is 2.5 psl

Giga cuck eyes in normal idle mode (1st pic with beanie). When squinting its not so bad, but you cant run around squinting 24/7.

Eye-decucking surgery would be recommended.
+ wraparound custom jaw/chin implant.
+ inject T in your face
+midface shortening surgery
