basically my problem is my height i’m 20 and 180cm the problem is i do modeling and my agency told
me i would be the perfekt high fashion model if i had those extra 4-5cm is there any possible way for me to achieve that?

You can get one cm with glucosamine and stretches. Anything after that LL
