My physique is pretty good except my Chest. It’s my bottleneck, i know and I’m focusing on it already. My upper chest is even less developed than my lower Chest. Which exercises/ training methods help me grow it. I’m currently just doing incline bp for upper chest, i heards something about shoulder movement during the exercise being really important too.
