grow for years through the shittiest longest growth phase and commit to it or unfortunately rep the faggot broccoli cut

need to get maintanance trims every few months to get rid of split ends and let ur hair grow healthily. use oils like coconut oil or argan oil to keep ur hair moisturized and less frizzy. if u wanna grow it out faster u can use rosemary oil to help, but make sure to use a carrier oil with it
