How do I grow ramus and delete hyoid (Image Included)

Im starting Hgh for sure debating between tren and test but my baby ramus and hyoid of hellersdale needs to change lmk if what im planning actually going to grow my structure like i want or if its cope. Im looking for way more dimo, stronger thicker jaw, more defined or just bigger zygos in general. Im slightly debloated in this n still have the hyoid of an overweight pos. I want to start my journey post everything along the way. If u see anything else I need to improve please mention. Aqualyx is most likely going to be used real soon too I’m sick of the stubborn buccal fat just having a field day on my face.

You look like you're almost fully developed so it's unlikely that any pharmas are going to have an affect on your ramus, implants or fillers might be the move if you care enough too. Although, your side profile really isn't that bad, and I can tell that your front looks decent so I just wouldn't worry bout that rn.

At one point before braces I had cross bite and under but after headgear, expander, and braces I no longer have.

Yes I am pretty much developed and looking pretty boneless filler is definitely considered but I want to max out what I can before hand so I will be bs daily on gh taking something that makes me sensitive to the igf1 and probably a blood thinner to help increase the swelling.
