How do I grow taller?

I'm 159-163 cm at 13 and 10 months, dad is 180 cm, my grandpa is a 190 cm giant and my brother is 185 cm. IF it helps, my sister is 171 cm, my mother is 168.
I am CVM stage 3 and i dont know my tanner stage but possibly transitioning from 3 to 4 currently

I have had a rapid increase in appetite these past weeks and today my knees ached in pulses , so did my feet
I wanna know if I can reach 6'2

Were everyone in ur family late bloomers? If yes then ur js gonna grow. Pin 6-8 ius of hgh daily sleep and stop eating goyslop(doesn't matter much even if u do) ur js gna reach 6'2+ ur fucking 13 chill tf out
