so im 15 yo 5,10 and i realized i kind of stopped growing and my growth plates arent closed so im confused and i dont really know what to do if u guys could genuinely give me tips on what to do to grow more please let me know (supplements, etc.)

Check your bone age. Your plates are open good but what’s the bone age. No point of doing anything if your practically done growing

5,10 is good so I wouldn't worry, also you're just describing growth spurts? If you really wanted to grow taller though you would need HGH and an estrogen blocker to prolong growth just a tad longer

you basically can’t, even if u did everything wrong in life u probably only lost like 1-2 cm max. just accept ur height, and if u still can’t then search on reddit how ppl that are 5'5 or below live, you’ll wake up thankful every day that ur 5'10. that’s my height too btw
