what im already doing/already have-

height is good
started gym
growing hair out
starting jaw surgery(sarpe+lefort1+braces) for open bite (plus some underbite and cross bite).
train jaw muscles
working on mewing+mouth tape+all the healthy oral habits

dam im chopped and i look horrible from all angles and with all lightings on back camera, i can somehow play with angles and look good on selfie but yeah

im ready to hardmax no matter what it takes ill do whatever,including medical procedures.
my goal is to fix and upgrade as much as possible

im 18 bro
had a lot of issues, had braces when i was 14 till 16 then had a relapse

openbite+underbite+class 3+narrow upper palate
of course tongue thrust+mouth breathing which i almost fixed just some more practice
My lower jaw kept growing while the upper barely did

it was horrible before the braces which prevented a lot worse

i myself had braces and it became a case of 'camouflage orthodontics' where my bite is corrected but my aesthetics are completely neglected. because of this, it was very hard for me to get through sit downs with him to discuss my concerns, though he denied my claim that my jaw changed from foward growing to downward worse as the teeth were kept in braces and while i was still growing (i had braces from 15- late 17), i'm waiting on my own images like the ones you've attached below. sometimes ethics get in the way. and like you i'm going to hardmax and return to the path to my 'natural' beauty, i see alot of myself in what you are trying to say.
