I honestly have like small eyes and also I have a pretty bad negative canthal tilt, what do I do? is there anything besides surgery and if you recommend surgery what type of surgery?

Canthopexy to fix droopy lower lids, periorbital fat grafting to fix UEE and under-eyes.

Use topical or oral minox to grow the lashes and brows to distract people from your shitty eye area. Dye your lashes black and your brows a couple shades darker than your hair.

Makeup fraud with clear mascara, tightlining, eyelash curling, men pen, etc.

Relax the frontalis muscle. It's basically your forehead, and most people walk around with it tensed up, giving their brows a higher-set appearance. When you relax it, your brows seem lower-set.
