Don't listen to what other people are saying. "lean bulk" and etc is bullshit. You're better off doing well structured Cut and Bulk phases.
Like what does that mean exactlyLean bulk
Okay bet bet. I don’t want to bother but like what workouts should I start with?Go in a small surplus while working out so you gain mostly muscle, so you're still lean while gaining size
decent start but unless you are doing it on accident, you shoulders and super unsymmetrical. good bicep genetics if you havent trained yet
Holy shit I just realized you’re right about my shoulders I thought it was just a bad pic but damn. Thanks for bicep complement I haven’t started working out yet but soon. Do you know any workouts for the shoulder thing or am I just cookeddecent start but unless you are doing it on accident, you shoulders and super unsymmetrical. good bicep genetics if you havent trained yet

My bad I didn’t even know that was a thing but I did it. I should prolly figure this out on my own but do you know how many calories per day I should start with? You do look like you know alot, some other guy ok another post told me to get on like 250 test or something lmk pls.Don't listen to what other people are saying. "lean bulk" and etc is bullshit. I know what I'm doing; look at my pfp, all natty. Been doing bodybuilding for 3 years now.
Assuming you're just starting out you should focus on getting your form and movements down for the first year, make sure your schedule/split is optimal for you and get into the rhythm.
After this period you will want to start doing hardcore bodybuilding with the intensity of Dorian Yates (Yes it's hard) this includes counting your calories and macros (SnapCalorie app)
Im not going to write more since you're grey and don't rep people.
Now rep me nigga, press the thumbs up button and the checkmark next to my post, this will give me solution (it is the solution)
If you want people tog ice you good advice, then you have to rep and Mark as Solution
Right right fair enough. Don't do test yet, get into the bodybuilding rhythm first, it will be a very long journey but trust me it's worth it.My bad I didn’t even know that was a thing but I did it. To calculate your maintainence in calories you can use Ai and ask it to help you calculate your maintainence calories.
Just paste this into your ai bro, wrote it myself to there might be some spelling mistakes but it should be fine:
Hi, help me calculate my maintainence calorie intake. I am a complete beginner to bodybuilding so I need your help to create a thorough estimation. Base it on several key points such as my current weight, muscle mass % & respectively fat %, height and my age (18+). You can of course add more factors and questions if you feel it's needed. It would be helpful if you also explained difficult terms or words in more simple language that a beginner can understand
Follow the instructions given by the ai and you will have your maintainence of calories.
After you have calculated this, you need to eat at least your maintainence everyday
(It will be easier since you are going to measure your calories)
I recommend eating in a 300 calorie surplus since 300 calories is a pretty good buffer especially if you do sports.
If you tell me your weight, height, age, and estimated bodyfat percentage I can help you more.
Hope this helps bro![]()
Have you pasted the specified text into ai now?Am 16, 5’10, and I just reached 122, my scale at home which I am not sure is accurate said am 5%bf, 111 pounds muscle, 65% water, yeah kinda odd I think but I appreciate it bro
Your maintenance is probably around:Have you pasted the specified text into ai now?
Include the info you just wrote here except age since it won't give you a guide of you're under 18
No, you want a tailored one, not a "normal school" ask for a tailored oneYour maintenance is probably around:
I haven’t started yet so I guess I should do the normal school one
- Very inactive: ~2,000–2,200 calories/day
- Normal school/student activity: ~2,200–2,500 calories/day
- Lifting 3–5 days + normal activity: ~2,400–2,700 calories/day
- Sports + lifting / very active: ~2,700+ calories/day
Tailored to what tho I put in my info and this is what it gave meNo, you want a tailored one, not a "normal school" ask for a tailore
