How do I improve my looks in 14 (looking for methods)

Ur 14 idk how far into puberty u are atm but you’ll look drastically different in a few years if you just softmax correctly.

Make sure you’re active preferably some sport that is more physical or the gym 5x/week+.

Also make sure u have a protein rich diet, 1.6/0.8g of protein per kg/lbs at least. My recommendation is to drink 1+liter 3% low pasteurised milk daily to get good quality protein and calcium + phosphorus to build bone.

Don’t hop on anything until ur like 16-18 if you feel like it, you can’t make any good decisions at your age, don’t even think about it, the side effects could be irreversible if you don’t know what you’re doing.

I’m not saying you’ll ascend crazy from what I listed but it gives you far better chances of having a successful pubertymax that’ll mega ascend you.

ignore all the tiktokcells here saying its over i can obviously see your potential first of all i dont know ur skin type so find a way to temporarily get rid of ur acne but when doing that its easy to prevent it people overcomplicate it u only need an exfoliator either the cream or the real thing i highly suggest u get the cream since the real exfoliator will be very harsh on ur skin and when u do that start cleansing ur face with a cleanser and then moisturizer and nothing else this is what prevents acne its when dead skin clogs up ur pores and mixes with dirty bacteria basically exfoliator gets rid of dead skin and the cleansing will get rid of the bacteria and the moisturizer protects ur face and makes it glow and ur hair makes ur face look so much better i experience the same trouble without growing out your hair and finding a good hairstyle for ur shape u wont be able to max out ur potential truly and shape ur eyebrows nicely and start being fit it doesnt matter if its a bad exercise just something to keep your body going every two days do :
-1 set of pushups till failure and 2 sets of 60% of ur max
-3x15 of squats
-3 sets of 45 seconds of plank
-2x10 crunches (optional)
this is the most basic workout routine to keep ur body up and going and takes little to no time do this only every two days ur body needs rest and sleep, sleeping is so important so make sure to get ur 8-9 hours of sleep at 11pm this might sound useless but sleep is important for ur growth and height and for no eyebags and will make ur skin look better and since u are 14 dont take this too seriously u are still a teen enjoy ur life!

Is it that bad?
You're 14 tho, still can do something. Once you're older than 16 it's very difficult to change yourself significantly (without surgery ofc) and once you reach 20 it's over

Thanks! For exercising I do 2-3 hours of BJJ, Wrestling or Muay Thai a day but I definitely need to get more protein in my diet. Thanks for being realistic. It helps a lot!!!
