get a new barber (not a joke, like actually get a new one. yours doesnt know how to cut hair)
gold doesnt look good on you, switch to silver (or just dont wear jewelry)
fix your diet

Lost some body fat
Grow your lashes or if they are flat use a lash curler
Anglemax cuz low angle makes your eyes to have more uee and NCT
Overall you could probably reach H-MTN or even L-Htn

maybe u need filler but debloat first and also your jaw look asymetrical so maybe you will have to fix it with surgery

alright, imo to maximize what you can naturally, shave that beard and your body hair, steroids would definitely help, if your chin is as brutal as it seems grow a goatee but not a beard, get rid of your curly hair it makes you look childish. how old even are you?
