proper strenght and cardio training are the most imp things
reduce screen time
activate blue light filter
melatonin ashwaganda magnesium
dont stress everyday same wakeup and go to sleep time
dont eat 3h before sleeping
drink watewr before sleeping
no lights
cold room
no smartphone 1hr before bed
took melatonin but i dont think i can end up taking it forever. also good ass advice ty

its the basics in botb there are a lot of good sleep guides also u can check out brian johnson he mastered sleep

I've started doing some exercise before bed and its really helping me fall asleep faster as I'm more fatigued, also drinking water I've heard helps some but I haven't really noticed a huge difference from when I do and don't.

Dsip for 6 weeks to fix cortisol and sleep schedule and ur gonna be Fine.
Maybe add some ipam or other gh peptides to max out sleep and wet dreams jfl

take ashwaganda lowkey made me sleep like a baby at nights and i can fall asleep very fast brcause of it. I tried Melatonin and all these basic things and I would say ashwaganda is the best.
