im 14 yo rn and im in the middle of puberty, how do i pubertymaxx as effectively as possible for extra bone mass

9 hours of high quality sleep,Eat perfectly,dont smoke and do boxing.99% of it is genetics so dont expect crazy results if u dont have the right genes.

Best advice is to sleep good eat good and go outside and do activities

Do genes set the limit how much your bones can grow? I mean my grandpa has a huge jaw like Yao Ming’s and both my grandmas have crazy zygos. I mean I don’t have either of these, though I’m not very far in puberty yet, so I’m wondering if I could develop those.

You're 14. I used to be a narrow manlet at 14, now I'm 16 with a giga wide skull. Just wait and see what happens

If you have sleep apnea you can get approved for double jaw for free its realistically the only thing that will ascend you a whole tier. Im trying to get approved for it 😔
 
Focus on androgens as much as you can thats basically all
Sleep close to sunset and wake up at sunrise, +/- 8-9 hours of sleep for circadian rythm = hgh, igf-1, test

For diet include lots of healthy fats: raw milk (derivatives), raw meat, eggs, raw organs, butter. And include some fruits (seasonally, best local). Cut out processed bullshit.

That itself would probably ascend you in puberty alone but consider chewing hard gums like mastic gum for jaw width and MSE for upper jaw expansion

genes are cope, all babies are perfect, if they grow up and are ugly it means theyre malnourished and their lifestyle was shit, this guy is 14 so lifestyle is his best option lets be real
