i am quite lean and can get hollow cheeks pretty easily but my masseters are not developed enough what's the best training regiment to increase the size of them.

tbh probably can't do much unless you hop on gear which grows muscles passively

i was thinking that i hopped on test and it has increased my bone mass and facial muscles with some exercises but how much do you think i should take.

Most people overestimate how much chewing alone changes width. You can hypertrophy the masseters a bit with hard foods/gum, but the visible “jaw width” is mostly determined by gonial angle, mandibular body width, and how much fat you carry in the lower face. Muscle just fills in the outline.

If you’re already lean with hollow cheeks, you’re probably seeing your real structure. At that point, training helps marginally, while things like fillers/implants or angle work are what actually change proportions long-term. Not cope, just different tools for different ceilings.

That said, neck/trap development + posture + photo angles still do more for perceived width than most people want to admit.

for how long? im currently only taking 300 but was going to up it to 700 is that too much?
a normal cycle like 12-15 weeks, but if you want to get more results then up the dose after the cycle and do another one or just pct, i would do 500 first before 700

What's the exact reasoning for posture + neck training increasing ur perceived jaw width?

Bad posture makes your jaw blend into your neck. Better posture + thicker neck = more separation, so the jaw looks wider/sharper.

Also wider traps/shoulders make your face look bigger by comparison. Mostly visual, but it works.
