To answer your question, but out processed sugars, increase water intake and increase potassium consumption

well its for my hair but ok i drink lemon water 3 liters every day i eat fruits what r options of processed sugars i can cut out

However I think you should get more potassium, cut out all processed sugars, and start sleeping more and better.

You look like one of those daily LDAR'ers who gets less than 7.5 hrs every night.

6'2 142 you're quite thin so I feel getting more steps/cardio and some weight training will go miles.

Diet helps too but my hypothesis for you is getting better quality sleep, and loving yourself.
This site and our own personal insecurities can quite literally shape our faces, let alone lives.
Mentalpilling and just fucking sleeping helped me ascend, and ik it can for you as well.

I went from a Black/Puerto Rican mutt to a Black/Puerto Rican HTN and bagged a beautiful woman who truly loves me.

Mentalpill/Sleep, 3 months min, ascend and forget about this site. I'm only here bc I work a desk job 4:45AM-12PM M-F and this site is funny as fck sometimes/dopaminefuel.
