Recommend me good hitt, rn I just do normal runningI can recommend fasting and HIIT. I had pretty gross love handles up until recently but doing HIIT cardio a few times a week has made them go away and made my stomach flatter, seems to burn fat good. Fasting and eating less calories and enough protein during meal time is good too
