I’m done with coping time for losing bloat bloat how can I do it

You have to choose between losing 1.5 kg a week and feeling like shit and not enjoying your life whatsoever or you could go for a more sustainable lifetime kind of thing in which you only lose 0.25-0.75 kg a week.

I personally started out at 21-22% a bit after I joined looksmax and I'm at 15.7% last time I did a bioimpedance. My goal is 11% at the nnd of the year

If you want to lose weight not bloat, just eat less that's literally it.

depends on what's your bf rn, but tbh, nothing that will make a striking difference. just be smart and make an actual sustainable plan, do you gymmax?

Why leanmax if there’s no dif
 
I can recommend fasting and HIIT. I had pretty gross love handles up until recently but doing HIIT cardio a few times a week has made them go away and made my stomach flatter, seems to burn fat good. Fasting and eating less calories and enough protein during meal time is good too

Use a crutch because once you are lean, you can eat at maintenance without it so it won't be too unhealthy. This is to be done on top of doing actually healthy methods. Such examples include:

- Diet soda
- Sparkling water
- Chewing gum (sugar-free)

Aim for a 1000 cal deficit for 4-6 weeks and you'll lose at least ten pounds (most being of fat) if +20% bodyfat. Don't forget to weight-train btw.

I dont know what keto is,

Just don't eat too much, 1 big meal per day and few snacks are enough and only drink water

Literally just count calories. Figure out what your minimum is based on your height muscle mass etc that shit and don’t go below it (it’s probably like 1500 for you, idk) so you lose fat instead of muscle

There are 0 reasons to overcomplicate this. If leanmaxxing is propaganda cope then fantastic, you can passively do it slowly without worrying about it so you don’t fuck yourself up and give yourself loose skin while just becoming skinnyfat. Slow and steady.
