How do I lose weight as much as possible as soon as possible?

Currently at 25 bmi(77 kg, 5'8)

I want to get down to at least 60kg.

My face looks fat.

Will drinking black coffee 4 times a day and 3 bottles of green tea help? Also eating only low calorie fruits?
 
fast 20 hours and eat in huge deficit like 1400 calories only a day

Better to intermediate fasting and eat low calorie fruits(500 calories)

Green tea is an appetite suppressant.

I'm a meso-endomorph so I tend to get hungry.

The plan is to only eat fruits. And half boiled eggs for protein.(satisfactory cooming)
 
1000 kcal deficit, omad, black coffee, nicotine, cardio, weightlifting + u can add other fat burners

Sprinting tremendously increases metabolism but I can't exercise cos low energy/low calorie diet.

Just drink lots of black coffee.
 
Honestly walking for about 30 minutes but I can do that in school but the problem is for it to work you have to be consistent so maybe a neighborhood walk or some lol

That's what I also thought.
 
Basically what everyone else has been saying; black coffee, green tea, and nicotine to suppress your appetite

I would recommend doing OMAD to speed up the process

And importantly, try to cut out carbs as much as possible. You want your body to go into ketosis as a result of low carb to enhance fat loss. This is the issue with the fruits you are eating, fruits are mainly carbs.

Instead you would be better off only eating lean protein like chicken, or 99% ground Turkey.

And do atleast 30 mins of cardio a day (but the more the better)

Fair warning if you have any muscle at all it will all go away from this aggressive of a diet.

I just walk around in my town listening to music

Not all if he keeps lifting with high protein
 
yeah just 30 minutes would do it I did it for a 2 weeks and seen results well that and the fact that I fasted drinking water and having one meal only.
I gave out after about 2 weeks bc my grades were so bad lo

True but he’s planning on eating so little that even eating just protein won’t save muscle. You need to take a less aggressive deficit to preserve muscle. Trust me I’ve cut both ways before.

He should do at least 1500 kcal with high protein

Could also work. It has more healthy fats in it so it’ll probably be more satiating.

Also forgot to mention but fish is a great choice if you like eating it. Basically any fish out there is extremely healthy in terms of macros but also all the micronutrients they offer.

Completely agree. I’d say a deficit of 500 cals from maintenance is more than enough to cut quickly if you’re consistent.

But key word “should” cuz people on here always go the extreme route jfl
 
During the second lockdown I lost 70 lbs in 2.5 months by only eating dinner (anything, without caring about amounts or food types) and walking 30 minutes a day. Fucked me up physically and mentally and I don't think I could do it again but it worked.
