When I was 13 I was 5'4 at 80kg, you don't really sound overweight to me bro.
None the less a caloric deficit will save you as well as lowering sugar intake by resisting unneccessary food like candy (don't stop eating fruit and shit like that cuz its benefitial, just don't eat goyslop). Also a gamechanger for me are zero drinks, would 100% recommend.

losing weight at 13 is the worst possible thing ever because I’ve been in your exact position. I was fat asf at 13 and just starved myself. That worked, but it set my growth back so far. If you want to be less fat, work out play sports and eat healthy DONT cut calories

Eat 1800calories a day spread it through the day take protein drink 8-10 glass of water daily do exercises (each muscle group should get focused 15 set a week) and sleep 7-8hr
