I'm in a 1k deficit, but can't seem to lose weight. I weigh myself each morning and it fluctuates from losing/gaining 1-2lbs. I hit my carbs goal daily and protein goal 2-4 times per week. My split is PPL and I do minimum 1hr of zone 2 cardio after workouts (plus whatever other cardio I do during the day, usually biking). I try to keep my fats relatively low (20-40g), but I often have cravings at night and eat before I sleep. Is this having an impact on my weight loss? Any advice is appreciated

it’s all because of the cravings I would recommend a GLP so you cut those and can actually see progress

Do you recommend a specific GLP brand? I'm considering reta but I'm still researching its side effects and such

try intermittent fasting, eating only once a day with plenty of protein and carbohydrates. Once you get used to it, you'll lose the desire to eat the opposite foods. Remember that this type of diet causes bone loss, but since you're doing cardio, you won't experience as much loss.
