how do i lose weight fast

im 14 5,11 65kg and my whole life ive been on the heavier side, i tried so many things i swear ive been consistent with diets starved myself went on water fasts but all that seems to happen is i lose weight but then i just gain it back the same month please give me me tips or diets that could help me

14 and 65kg is crazy. Stfu and stuff yourself until you hit 80.

It sounds like you are skinny fat, dont go into a calorie deficit or starve yourself especially at 14, you are lucky with your height genes by the sounds of it aswell

You're 5'11". You aren't fat. Just soft. Keep eating and play sports. Lifting isn't even necessary.
Just stay away from slop and sugar but eat everything healthy you can get your hands on. Your mom's supposed to be seething about you going through the week's egg supply in a day lil nigga

hey man
start doing some cardio/activity everyday and then get in the gym as well.
