How do I lose weight

I guarantee fat wise I have one of the worst genes on this forum. 15-20% body fat is DIFFICULT for me to sustain.

What do I do? Eating any more than 2k cals and I gain weight. I have constant ghrelin signals and am never ever full.

I only eat healthy. Meat fish eggs

you can decrease appetiate lots of ways, here are some examples:

- protein before main meal
- nicotine
- ozempic/tirazapetide/etc
- caffeine
- chewing gum
- other meds

yogurt banana snack

DONT EAT INBETWEEN THE MEALS. YOU GOTTA ENJOY THE FEELING OF STARVING

How do u feel like not killing yourself.

Today I ate 11 eggs
Pound of red meat
Codfish

I am fucking starving feels like I ate nothing and I gained 4 pounds

Just keep telling yourself that youre ascending when you feel starvation. Nowadays I actually feel energetic when I feel hunger. I can feel burning body fat
 
lunch? whats that, breakfast only and sometimes i skip breakfast and start with dinner
Im gonna follow:
3 eggs morning
chicken with carrot for dinner
yogurt banana snack

For 2-3 Months I will post before and after I am also running for an hour a day and walking for 2-3 hours

you could probably eat more, depends on your weight and height
