sufficient protein and a properly paced weight loss. dont go 2kg a week but opt for like 0.8-1kg (unless you're obese then u can go for higher digits)

i am 89 kg now and about 176cm and i eat maybe about 150g of protein a day i was thinking about 1.5 a week steps down to 75 maybe
