First of all, i wouldn't recommend escorts at all.

You have to be very prepared for that. PREP, and knowing all of the std risks including the ones that stay. Having insurance and or pills already available. Escorts are very dirty and are a scam in most countries.

Hey --- what's your name (or what's your name again?) ---- (some variation of 'where are you from') ---- and the next one being situational based question/s. Always start with those three, even if a women is asking you a simple question. Study this.

Its all about the mind. Think masculine. Think to yourself not to accept any form of quick social communication unless the person in front of you identifies themselves socially. So if a girl in your class is saying some nonsense trying to talk to you, start with those three questions, then go back to whatever was going on. Even if she asks a question, if you dont know her, why should you be obligated to answer and waste your communicative resources? What someone demands from you, demand back. She wants to talk to you without identifying herself, then ask for her id (figuratively).

Practice this only. Dont try to get all pickup artist. Just practice this basic communication skill until it becomes third nature. Obviously, this script would only work for those people that havent told you any information on.
