They do this in South Korea pretty well. Not sure on any surgeon names there in particular, but they're used to augmentation rhinos; it won't be hard at all to find a solid surgeon. I believe a couple users here have had rhino in South Korea, but I don't remember their users and they're probably long gone now anyway.

To cut a long story short, by slicing your nose open, a surgeon can just place grafts wherever and control the tip as they please. Simply raising the radix and upper dorsum / bridge isn't tough at all. They can very easily add clean dorsal...

I wish i had your problems

Your problem is incoherent to me. Are you asking for the surgery names / details about a procedure, or surgeon recommendations?

To cut a long story short, by slicing your nose open, a surgeon can just place grafts wherever and control the tip as they please. Simply raising the radix and upper dorsum / bridge isn't tough at all. They can very easily add clean dorsal lines and add tip support so your profile doesn't look flat. Width of the nose can also be adjusted too. Most flat-bridged cases don't really need heavy bone narrowing unless they really need upper third narrowing.

What graft they use depends on whatever height/smoothness you are after. You'll probably be fine with 3-4mm, so they'll use some conchal + septal cartilage. If you want it bigger (5+mm), they'll use autologous cartilage of the ribs. Some use alloplastics which I get is very simple and precise, but you have far larger risks across a lifetime compared to your own cartilage. Even in South Korea, I believe the gold standard is cartilage just like the West.

Once your bridge is set, they can address the width if it's still a problem after raising the radix / upper dorsum. If it's still wide, a simple alar base reduction will do the trick. Make sure to get a natural nostril shape and not some stupid one.

Not sure how thick your skin is, but you'll want to control projection/rotation long-term, so ask them to build a septal extension graft or columellar strut. Some idiots thin the cartilage instead of using common sense to thin the sutures (trans/inter-domal) before finishing with a small cap graft, and because of their stupidity, they get cursed with a awfully pointy tip. If alar rims are planned to be weak, they can just add grafts. I don't know how much you know about rhinoplasty, so I'm trying to be comprehensive here, but not overwhelm you.

3-4mm of height is quite large actually probably the perfect size for my nose's height to be increase by, and i know the surface level stuff about Rhino was just quite confused since theres alot of info on decreasing size instead of increasing size. Thank you for the high iq response will be noting this down :)
