How do i make my nose smaller

I have an aztec nose and it’s partly from a recessed maxilla but there’s a big bump and it goes down ward everything else on my face is fine my nose ruins it. any advice?

hydrocortisone cream thins the tissue on your nose making it temporarily smaller. Search it up on here there's alot of threads about it.

Softmaxes won’t help a dorsal hump, surgery if you want it fixed
