I’m 14 and almost 15 next month I feel like I’m wasting my teen years by doing nothing because people keep saying most stuff work only during teen years before that also obv, so could y’all tell me how to maximize it

My dad is 6’1 and mom is 5’7 I’m almost turning 15 next month and I’m 5’6 but I hit puberty in December my friends call me late bloomer is there still hope or are they lying to me so I feel good
