yes i know to. hold tongue up against the palate with lips and teeth closed. but apparantly hard mewing is the only way to push the maxilla forwards. and how frequently should i hard mew each day?

Chin tuck while sitting straight, smile and swallow. Idk how much you should hardmew but i personally hardmew 3-6hrs on day.

i have a posterior tongue tie so i legit hard mew all awake hours and so far despite my tongue tie i can get most of it up there. i try and recruit my throat muscles to engage the whole tongue
