How do I naturally turn my hair blonde again (I have blonde roots and I used to be platinum blonde)

Im trying to become blonde again as I now sort of have a disgusting dark blonde hair color

sadly I live in the Netherlands so the sun doesnt really shine but does going outside as much as possible help

You'd need direct sun exposure for long periods to see any difference man, if anything you could try to dye it a shade lighter or sum like that
