Btw my plan was to pretend to wanna consult with them and then just get the referral for a clinic and go awol. I eventually just decided to go through with my insurance (which usually does not work) and they actually just ordered a full 3d scan right away which was fucking amazing

Basically had the CT scan files in my hand on a DVD within 24 hours of me deciding I wanted a CT scan - total cost: 465

on the other hand, socialised free medicine would have probably took me a 3-6 months, and I could have been turned down.

I thought cone beam was the better scan? Doesn't it get you jaw + soft tissue scans?
