How do I obtain forward progression? What do I need to fix?

Hello Forum, I am 5'11 Asian but not SEA and 16 and Is wondering what should I do to obtain a more forward progression and overall want to improve my Facial Silhouette. I need to continue In Before I reach 21. I want real answers, surgery is out of the question.
