You have to create a new concept or a netter version of existing concepts and then you need good equipments. I think 10k will barely be enough for the equipments. You will need at least 3-4 cameras , a computer and lots of lights. You can try to make a shoot with a doll first to how is light working out and can cameras shoot for long times. yo i actually have experience, you can A) create your own site Or B) use a pre finished video site, then youre gonna link with pornhubs networking (Like xvideos, Xvideos uses pornhubs videos,) and they are gonna take a small cut, youll get millions of videos, and if youre site is named like Latineporn.com you can filter only latina stuff

Edit: even if your site is really shit, if you have 100 making 10 bucks each youll have 1k or more, theres massive tutorials already, and creating domains should already be fun enough
