Hi, recently started hgh 5ius daily, 18 years old, wondering how do i optimize my diet, taking all these supps + creatine.
Most of my diet consists of carbs -fruits, pasta, rice, patatos. Somewhen all kinds of meat, pork, lamb, liver. Alot and i mean alot of dairy, cottage cheese, yoghurt, kefir, raw milk, butter, many more. Somewhen some vegetables. I exrecise 3-4 times a week with eaither HIIT sprints or heavy coumpound weight lifting. Trying to sleep 9+ hours.
Would appriciate everyone who takes this seriously and give any kind of advice.
