How do I overcome the need to be reaffirmed by my loved one?

I believe my need to be constantly reaffirmed by my loved one is a product of insecurity. If she's not telling me she loves me all the time, I start questioning whether she's still interested in me. How do I overcome this?

Do you know how people that are insecure about their intelligence need to be constantly reaffirmed that they are intelligent? Or people that are insecure about their looks need to be constantly reaffirmed that they are beautiful?

I have this problem, but with love. I need to be constantly reaffirmed that she loves me and wants me. How do I overcome this?
