How to be loved while being nd

i dont even think its just my looks or height i see people who are shorter and uglier than me still be loved way more than me, no matter how much i do for others it seems its never reciprocated and i just feel so lonely what do nt people do i dont know what to do. I cant just ascend my way out because of my terrible bone structure and im 16 so i cant get much taller if i can even get taller bc of growth plates n shit. So if any of y'all know what nt people do to be loved while doing jackshit for others lmk (i have adhd, bpd, ocd, gad and defo more, just undiagnosed)

Im nd too you can fit in by pretending if you are tall and good looking but you need to be extremely lucky to find someone that loves you for you even with all your flaws like your parents do i dont know if that is possible
