How do I plan a rhinoplasty

I have a left shifted nose which makes my face look asymmetrical so I often conceal it using nose strips

I was at the doctor but he only wants to give me a septhioplasty

I’ve heared the usual procedure would be a septorinoplasty

I have the Termin four the septioplasty in about 2-3 months and I’m unsure if I still want to do this since it probably won’t give me any aesthetic benefits and I would have to do another operation in a few years

What would you do in my situation I think the best would be finding another doctor who will priscribe the septirinoplasty
