get a blood test and see ur vit d levels. I took 13000iu for 3 months and got hypercalcemia, once levels go back to normal i’ll go to 2000 per day. Maybe 10K iu for 2 months then 2000iu from then on?

Yeah i took a lot of k2, didn’t take calcium but i did drink a lot of milk and eat a lot of cheese
