how do I prevent my growth plates from closing???

I’m 17 but I grew prob 8-10cm in 2023!

So I know the biggest reason for growth plates closing is estrogen. How do I avoid it even more?

-I don't eat that much junk
-I sleep 8-9hrs a day
-drink shit ton of milk and water
-gymrat
-eating high protein meals etc

My question is how do I avoid all the bad stuff and what else can I do/eat/drink?
