I am 17 and have a recessed maxilla as well as a narrow pallet.
I saw someone that Said that you can use a flat Mouth guard from reviv.
Does this work?
I also Hard braces which Sonnenhöhe worsened my maxilla but fixxed my teeth.
I don’t want to fuck my teeth again.
