Im 15, 73kgs, 181cm and train 8 times a week (5x gym/2xbasketball practice and 1 game). Whats the best diet for me to maximize my growth and natural test levels? (height, bones etc..) I am a bit chubby but also dont have alot of muscle so i dont know if i should lean bulk now, ive fucked up my previous lean bulk so im starting over again and im aiming for around 175g of protein in my diet. I have been going to the gym consistently since february but i started the gym cutting heavily and didnt make much progress but lately i have been making way more progress.
I also dont have good skin while having an alright skincare routine but i touch my face alot. I have upper eyelid exposure and my eyebrows are kinda light. Also i have a bit of face fat. What are the best things i can do to fix this.
