How do I push my mandible forward during sleep ?

I need more oxygen in sleep, breathe better, how do I push my mandible forward and keep it to get more oxygen.

take your hand, place it so that you have a grip on your lower teeth, and pull it out the hardest you can so that you dislocate ur jaw, and then you lay in a position on your stomach where your head is outside of your bed. facing down so that gravity pulls your mandible down.

and then you do this everyday

Currently I can’t afford surgery, I need to create something so my jaw is forward during sleep, so it’s not blocking my airways

Today I will try something like this method, I sleep on stomach and I put my forehead outside of bed on stool, maybe I should add weight to my lower teeth hang some weight so my jaw goes even lower than just gravity, this might be genious
