i know it seems dumb asking since like it’s common sense just eat a lot and work out but like, im 125lbs 5’10, 16 years old (56.7 kilos and 177.8cm) and i take in about 2500-3000 calories a day, 110g of protein on average, sometimes more sometimes less, and i’ll start going to the gym once i get a job to fund the membership but i swim as a sport for my school and daily do the most basic calisthenics, push-ups, pull ups, and sit-ups. what do i do
 
Anavar is a good low risk steroid and you won’t have to worry abt estrogen

Are you tracking your calories? You might be eating less than you think. I notice you said you swim so you will have to eat more than 3000 calories to gain weight.

yeah i track calories, i don’t weigh but i go on just average of stuff thats why i said 2500-3000 because what i think is 8oz worth of chicken could be 12oz, smaller differences like that. how do i do 3k+ a day? i struggle to do 3 already

use mk for bulking its pretty safe and theres no withdrawal when you stop unlike aas's

i eat well though, meat is in every meal i eat. my breakfast is about 3 eggs and toast, lunch is goyslop michael obama makes us eat at school, chicken sandwiches or burritos and then when i get home i make myself a turkey sandwich and fruit smoothie, dinner is normally either salmon, steak, or chicken. 12oz of each with a side of something, either salad or mac n cheese, 2 average bowl sizes. i also drink 2 cups of milk a day, after dinner i mix a cup with this naked mass thing, dad bought it for me a while back so i’ve been using it for a bit, 1 serving which is 11 scoops is like 2k calories 70g of protein so that carries except i do 5 scoops, i recalculated everything to the exact point and it’s more on the 3000 end. i have no clue what to even train or do at the gym though once i start going in a week or two so some guidance on that would be nice

you can search that urself, but it makes you hungier ( simplified it binds to ghrelin, the hunger hormone, making u hungry )

what vitamins and what do i do at the gym. i take vitamin d3 1000 ius and probiotics which are like 1 billlion cfus or somethjng i don’t remember.

Js rotate full body workout over a week and take days off in between and use d3 stay at 1000iu , vitamin k2, magnesium, calcium and zinc

it literally is, i was your exact same stats 4 months ago and now I'm 160. I tried for like 3 years to gain weight and couldnt. All you have to do is weigh your food, estimation doesn't work.

Also, 2.5-3k on swim days 100% puts you in a deficit.

idk how else to fit in more calories on a budget while eating healthy, im not saying that eating isn’t the big thing im saying eating more seems inefficient if im already trying to eat healthy and a lot. do i just dirty bulk then?

really? i only do an hour and a half of swimming 4000 ish yards, there’s no way that burns more than 2.5k calories. i understand that yours bodies system that runs can burn like 500 ish a day i think, i could be wrong, so even then i shouldn’t be burning more than 2.5k a day that seems unlikely and hard to do

i got blood work done recently and im not in a deficient of anything and my calcium is almost above recommended, do i still take vitamins for it all? also thanks for advice

sir if you're 130 at 5'10 you're passively burning 1600-2000 by doing absolutely nothing. Swimming for an hour and a half burns multiple hundreds and potentially up to 1000 depending on how intense you are. Factor in all of your other mundane activity in the day (including literally thinking with your brain) and you're in a deficit by multiple hundreds of calories
