day one you drink two gallons of water
day two you do the same
day three you only drink one
day four you drink half
day five you drink a 1/4
and day five you dont drink at all and you make yourself sweat by running and having 3 hoddies on, turn your bathroom in to a sauna, cover yourself with ten's of towels and blankets when you cant run nomore and all that without drinking one single drop of water.
