first and most obvious, gain weight, ur body doesn’t grow if u don’t have enough food stored, u need food. Ignore the bloat and the temporary ugliness that comes with it, its worth it afterall ur growing, second since u want to stay natty use supplements

These are the main good ones u need everyday
